Know who's hiring before they post.
TroveIQ watches 12 million companies every day for funding, expansion, leadership changes, new clients and new senior hires. It tells you which ones to call, who to call, what to say, and which of your candidates to put forward.

A job post is not a lead. Context is.
Most tools find the tech stack or the contact, rarely both, and never the story behind the role. TroveIQ attaches five kinds of context to every company and role, so you can decide in seconds whether it's worth working.
Stability
Funding recency and headcount trend.
Urgency
How long a role has been open and how fast they're hiring.
Stack authenticity
Current vs. legacy tech, detected from their own site.
Salary
Listed ranges, or estimated from comparable roles.
Candidate match
Who in your own pool fits, and why.
Job posts are the last signal. We catch the ones before it.
A company raises money, opens an office, loses a CTO or lands a big client weeks before the job goes live. TroveIQ tracks 26 types of company events like these, plus new senior hires, and turns them into a reason to call.
Know the day a new leader joins
We track VP, Head-of and C-level hires across every department. A new leader is usually building their team and choosing who to work with in their first few weeks. That's the best time for your email to land.
- See who joined, in which role and when
- Grouped by department and seniority
- Reveal their email or phone in one click

Funding & deals
Fresh capital turns into headcount, usually within months.
Growth & expansion
New locations and growing teams need hires, fast.
Leadership changes
A departure means a backfill. A new leader means a new team.
New business
New products and new clients need people to deliver them.
Warning signs
Spot where strong candidates may be ready to move, and which clients to approach with care.
Plus the hiring signals
Hiring pace, batch hiring, lean TA teams, new Head of Talent postings, and roles that have been open too long, all from daily career-page checks.

- Company signals: newly funded, batch hiring, lean TA team, hiring pace
- Salary filters that don't silently drop the roles without a listed salary

Match candidates to roles, and roles to candidates
Start from a candidate to find the roles worth pitching them for, or start from a role to find the people to source. Every match shows its working.
- Skill overlap for every match: matched, missing, and extra skills the JD doesn't ask for
- Search your own candidates and a licensed external dataset
- Import private JDs and off-market roles the crawl can't see
- Watch the companies that matter and come back when they move

Questions recruiters ask us
Is the scoring a black-box AI?+
No. Opportunity, urgency and forecast scores are plain weighted formulas, and every score has a “Why?” breakdown listing the exact reasons behind it.
Where does contact data come from?+
Hiring-manager and key-person contact details are licensed from data providers, not scraped.
Can I see other agencies' candidates?+
Never. Your candidates and roles are private to your account. External candidate search runs on TroveIQ's own licensed dataset.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Annual plans come with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the full product before you're billed.
What are credits used for?+
Credits are used for Deep Research and for retrieving a contact's email address or phone number. You're only charged when results are returned. If a search or lookup comes back empty, it costs nothing. Growth includes 1,000 credits a month and Pro includes 2,000. Need more? Enterprise plans come with a custom allowance. Email support@troveiq.ai.
How fresh is the data?+
Career pages are crawled daily, and What's Hot uses a rolling seven-day window, so the list changes every day, not just on Mondays.
Stop refreshing job boards. Start the week with a list.
